When I joined the Home Services team, content operations were running. Templates were in use, pages were live, the CMS was active. What didn't yet exist was a shared, documented process for how a page gets built from start to finish — the kind of documentation that lets a team scale without relying on institutional memory.

That's where I focused.

What I built

I documented the design process for service and installation pages — what assets are needed, what the process looks like from start to finish. That documentation put it on the map. Whatever existed informally before, there was now a written, shared reference that the team could follow and build from.

Hunter Douglas Window Treatments

This was the first co-branded page on the Home Services installation side of homedepot.com. Using existing components, we fine-tuned a template to meet the co-branding requirements. The Hunter Douglas team reviewed the page alongside The Home Depot, and after a thorough internal review with subject matter experts, it launched successfully.

It's now the baseline for every co-branded Home Services installation page going forward.

Weather Preparedness

This page was built to serve Home Depot's national customer base — people who need home installation and services before, during, or after a weather event. When a tornado hit Wisconsin, the page was already live. We moved quickly to get regional banners up tied to Wisconsin stores, giving affected customers immediate access to the services they needed.

The internal team gave me the brief and let me run with it. I determined what content and structure the page needed, shaped the presentation for customers across different weather conditions, and worked with the design team to deliver it.

Three roles over seven years — Web Content Manager, Program Manager and Technical Program Manager — each building on the last, and together forming the foundation of how I think about content, platform, and delivery working as one system.

Program Manager / Technical Program Manager — Single Sign-On

Before this project, Alfresco customers managed multiple credentials across the company's platforms. The friction kept people away from the forums, the support portal, and the add-on library — all resources that made Alfresco easier to use and more valuable to renew.

Over 4–6 months, I led the cross-functional program to unify authentication across multiple platforms. One login replaced many. With that barrier gone, customer engagement across the support portal and community forums increased. Customer activity connected to the CRM, giving the business better visibility into how users moved across the ecosystem and a cleaner path to identifying leads and managing compliance opt-outs.

Web Content Manager

At Alfresco I wore three hats in one role: Web Content Manager, Scrum Master, and Jira Administrator. The work centered on site redesigns — managing content, coordinating the team's workflow, and keeping delivery on track across competing priorities. Running Agile process and owning the CMS at the same time gave me an early foundation in how content work and program management connect.

Two programs shown in depth. The wider body of work spans enterprise retail, global B2B software, and independent publishing.
